Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
All of our products are print-on-demand and made especially for you, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, color preference, or change of mind.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll gladly help.
You have 15 days from delivery to contact us at Support@stylesndesignz.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo showing the issue
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund at no cost.
Because our items are made to order, returns are usually not required unless we specifically request one.
Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
Non-returnable items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Print-on-demand items not affected by defects or incorrect iitem
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Perishable or hazardous goods
Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it.
For size or design changes, a new order must be placed.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Please note: Personalized or custom-made items are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal unless they arrive defective.
Refunds
Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
